IPPC and ACP

Since 2000, IPPC has been a key part of all new build within the poultry industry, for those who are placing more than 40,000 birds on any installation.

We recognise the need to meet this legislative requirement and have the in-house skills to advise on the most cost effective way to achieve this objective. This legislation now affects both new build and existing farms. T. Clarke and Sons recognises the need to upgrade your farm to meet the legislative demands placed on you. We have, over the past 8 years, been working with the environmental agency to ensure any work we carry out will meet their requirements.

We design and build our waste water catchment systems as well as other areas such as changes to ventilation and structural alterations. We also understand the needs to meet bird welfare conditions and have been involved in projects to improve the hygiene integrity of the buildings, ventilation and insulation.
